Alcatel 4400 CTI adapter implementation

we woudl like to implement call center for alcatel 4400 PABX, and i'm not sure what woudl be best to you, what sort of adapter and what type of softPhone system, appexcahnge proveds a range of different ones, any one can suggest one?
I believe the only adapter that supports that platform is Syntellect PhoneLink.

Callinize, the software mentioned by Patrick above, is now called Tenfold. And yes, it can still integrate Alcatel 4400 with Salesforce.
