Undeliverable mass email users

Yesterday I tried for the first time sending a mass email to all our Salesforce users informing them of some new features.

Apparently these mass emails are considered as spam and are not delivered (see error message below) because they are blocked by our email system (Outlook 2007). When I send mass email to contacts/leads however I don't have this problem..

 

 

 

 

Anyone knows how to solve this?

Was the from address changed while sending? Some emai servers might treat it as  Email Spoofing and can mark it as spam.

 

You can try always activate the Email Relaying option, to ensure emails are delivered correctly.

The undelivered emails were sent using a custom (without using Letterhead) template.

I tried sending the same email using a html-type template instead and I had no problems at all, so I guess it had something to do with the template type? No idea why custom templates don't work..
