Since When Summer'09 has been released?

Today , I found something wrong with my package.

 

It works well at 2009/05/20. 

 

Maybe there are some changes in Summer'09.

 

So , who can tell me since when Summer'09 has been released?

The Summer '09 release is happening in a staggered manner, as usual, and it depends on which environment (ie na1, na2, emea, ect) your salesforce.com org is on.
