I've built the tutorial app - where the heck is it?

I've spent a few hours building part of the Warehouse tutorial app. 

How do I 'run' it? Where is it?

I can add its tabs but where is the app itself?

I know that I saw it running, at some point, while I was working on the tutorial but how do I get back to it?

Go to your profile (Setup > Personal Information > Profile), On your profile -> Edit -> in Custom App Settings, check visible checkbox for your app. hope this helps.

Yes, that was it. I needed to edit the profile so it showed the app. I'll make a note of that for the future.
