Roll Up Summaries

Dear friends,

 

I require a little help! I am working within the Telecoms industry and am using Saleceforce.com to report on customers minutes.

 

I have set up an object named Data which has a lookup relationship to the customer account. I import a daily record which includes the date, minute type, number of calls, and number of minutes.

 

From this I have a roll up summary to show the total number of minutes for the last 7 days. I would like to report on the busiest day from the 7 day role up summary. I need to see the day / date of the busiest day, and number of minutes in that day. Can you please give me some idea's how to do this?

You have customer as account and data, object it is not clear on which object you are putting the rollup field?

Also I am not sure if your rollup field is standard salesforce as rollups can be implemented on master-detail relationships only.

Please do elaborate - for an appropriate response.
