Reg: Selfservice Portal Customization

 

 

Hi All, 

 

I need to do changes for "ViewCase" functionality  in "Self Service Portal", I didn't find any way to customize the functionality using VF. 

Any help would be greatly appreicaited.  Please have a look into this. 

 

When user clicks on view suggested solutions, then I need to navigate him to my own page.

Hi 

 

There is no way to override that with VF page, But you can write your HTML tags on that page.

 

For the Solutions you create in your edition you need to check the Visible in Self-Service Portal

checkbox.

Yeah , definately we don't have acccess to write Visualforce pages for Self Service protal . It is minimized in customization
