似たようなAI用のチャレンジがあるので、何とも言えないですが、表示名については言語設定を英語にしてから確かめた方がいいかもしれません。多分同じだとは思うのですが... 

MigrationDefaultTopicが無いことも時々質問で見かけます。 

自分で適当に作ったら合格できるようです。中身まではチェックしてないのかもしれませんね。 

念のためAgentforce Builderを開いて無効になっていることを確認して（右上のボタンがActivateになっていれば無効状態です）、Newボタンで既存のTopicを検索してみてください。 

ちなみに、何も考えずにAI用のプレイグランドを作ったら私の環境には存在してませんね。 

このAI用のプレイグランドは気軽に切断できないので、連続してAI系のチャレンジを行う場合は想定しているプレイグランドと違っているのかもしれないですね。

In my case, I don't want to change the API version multiple times, so I update it to the latest version. 

However, I think it's a good idea to try using the sandbox to see if there are any problems.
