what is www.supportforce.com ??

Is it case management ? Please explain in detail.

I would say its the Salesforce.com complete support automation suite, where Case Management is the integral part (kind of the central part). In addtion to Case Management, it also offers additional capabilities like Customer Portal, Entitlements, Agent Console, Live Agent (Chat) etc.

But yes, in a nutshell, it all about Customer Service.

It is more or like a Service cloud portal where you find some Salesforce editions and features to make your business more faster in terms of business applications.
