Can I hide or delete original button?

Hi, all

 

I'm customizing Tasks.

 

I plan to use Activities, but I don't want to use Events.

 

Sometimes I saw the button that means "Save & New Event"  below Task form.

 

It confuses me.

 

Can I hide or delete this button?

It is not possible to remove the Save & New Event Button from the Task Edit page. You could try removing the Edit Event on the Permissions on each profile to see whether this does not display it. To remove the New Event button from the Open Activity related list you will need to go to the page layout of every object (i.e. Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases etc) and edit the Properties against the Open Activities related list and go to buttons and unselect the New Event check.
