sfuser2010 Error: Please enter a search string at least 2 characters long.
Hi,
A lot of my records have names with only 1 digit. Is there any way to get around this error message?
Starting November 20, the site will be set to read-only.

Unfortunately salesforce's default search requires min. of 2 character search string to be specified. In case we donot provide it, the error you mentioned will be displayed. The only way to bypass this error is to create a custom visual page for search and add its link to the home page.
