CTI adapter for 3Com VCX

We have a 3Com VCX phone system and would like to integrate this so that when a support person gets a call, the caller's contact information pops up on their screen.  Anyone have this working for 3Com VCX phone systems?

No one yet that I know of, but you might contact BrightArrow and see if they've got anything for it.  They're 3COM specialists.
