Page Layout: Auto-Collapse Section on Opening

Does anyone know how to Auto-Collapse a Section in the Page Layout?

 

My customers don't want to see so many Sections when they first open the page.

 

Close the windows for Product lines, Treatment Capabilities and INternational on default. Open button if needed.

You can't do it for them, but they can do it themselves.  When a user collapses a section, the section "remembers" that it was collapsed and stays that way the next time the user navigates to a page of that type.

By the way, users can collapse sections just by clicking the little arrow at the far right side of each section header.
