Email on Demand
We've just switched to the On Demand service for e-2-c. Previously, all the emails were assigned to the user used by the java app. However, now they're all assigned to me - no good! Does anyone know why this is and how I can change that?



You must have set yourself as the Default Case Owner. To fix it, go to Setup | Customize | Case | Support Settings and change the default case owner. Perhaps now would be a good time to consider setting up some assignment rules too while you're at it.
