theres a special thing in service cloud with connection to junction object...whats that....

Hi Priya,

 

A junction object can be used to show record dependency on two separate objects at the same time - the junction object has two masters i.e. two master detail relationships on the single object which makes its records dependent on two object records.

 

Could you please elaborate on what exact special thing you are looking for..it is usage specific - where to use junction object ?
