How to activate winter 14 for Enterprise edition?

Hi , I am using Enterprise Licensed version. Currently it is spring 13. How to activate this to Winter 14. and how to test  the testing and de[loyement for this?

It will get deployed automatically you dont have to activate it.
Your sandbox should be on winter14 already and your production should have winter 14 by end on this week.
