Per my understanding, when you click on any tab the screen displays some records. And you want to get the complete list of records.
Let me tell you that the records displayed there are most recent and you can not change it. Rather you can just create a view and when you click on Go next to the view it will show the records with pagination. There you can change the number of records displayed at a time.
I am asking about the 2nd option. I know each person can change options but can I change that a default amount in the reports list in a any given folder in Reports.
I understand that you can not do that in the recent view.
