Query regarding user detail record

Hi,

 

Is there a way to add a new related list to the user detail page.

By default we have related lists like

1. Personal Groups

2. Public Group membership

3. Queue Membership

4. Login History

.

.

etc ...

 

Please let me know if we can add a related list of a custom object which has a lookup to User.

User object in Salesforce is a very restricted object. There are many thing which are not available for User object and Adding Related List is one of the Restriction.

 

There are other restrictions as well like Enabling History is not available on User Object fields.

I am not sure about this.

 

But its a kind of standard functionality. So, we can't customize with our requirements.
