Hmmm, I am suprised that there isnt just a "Name" in the report.... You can always write a text formula on the contact First + Last, or just export into excel and combine them.
What are you trying to do with the combined name? That might help some people understand the issue.
Create a formula which will combine your two text fields and use it as column on report. We can also create a formula in report by clicking on "Add Formula" in the left side column, but that is helpful in case you want to sum/avg/largest value/smallest value etc.. at run time without creating the actual formula on the object. But don't think this is very useful in your case.
