SERVER_UNAVAILABLE: internal server error (20228)

I am trying to access API and am getting this message. Please help ASAP. We cannot use this service we are paying to use.

Some brief performance degradation was reported yesterday.  It was probably just a hiccup though -- I imagine it's working now?

 

Generally you'd want to direct queries like that to Salesforce.com Support -- there's not terribly much members of this board can do if you can't get to the server.

It seems to have been a performance issue. We only had the issue that one day and it seems to be functioning properly now. I usually get faster help by posting here so I try to do so if It's a fairly technical issue.

 

I read in other posts that this issue was related to some deeper problem relating to license rights and a bug in the API. Looks like that wasn't the case.
