Case Feed Layout is gone.
I am working on service cloud console and
somehow Case Feed Layout is not showing (Setup->Customize->Cases->Pay Layouts) doesn't have "Case Feed" layout selection anymore.
I checked the permission, etc.. but everything seems there.
Could you help me to resolve this issue?
I would like to use "Answer a customer" etc....

Somehow(probably I disabled myself) Chatter was not enabled.
Anyway, I could resolve this issue myself.

Just realized (comparing production and sandbox),
Setup -> Customize -> Cases -> Support Settings doesn't have
Case Feed Enabled
Just wonder, what I have changed which caused this option disappeared....
If anybody knows about why and how to fix, I really appreciate it.
