Hi, I am struggling with a wrong date format in a screen component. I have two different orgs, the same flow, and for the same locale settings, in one screen component I see the date in a format yyyy/mm/dd (expected), and in the other one dd/mm/yyyy. What could be the reason for that?

Hi All, I have recently completed my Salesforce Developer training and am preparing for interviews. I’m seeking mock interview sessions to improve my skills. I'd greatly appreciate any assistance in conducting a mock interview to refine my approach.
Today, 7:09 AM Sure. Happy to assist you.
Thanks,
A. Gobinath
I can't get past this stage as there is an issue with my timeline, but it all looks correct to me.
Is anyone able to take a look please?
My org ID is: 00Dbm00000LdvC1
Thank you

Today, 6:59 AM Hello@Rosie Lewis,
- make sure you have saved the code
- If not working , then try in new fresh org, it might be the existing record causing the issues in your org.
I added a custom Action to create a new task on Accounts object. Then I added it to the Account Layout and successfully saw the button on my Activities tab. When I deployed it to SI
T (the action and the layout), I dont see the button anymore. I have tried adding a bunch of Permission Sets but none to the rescue. Pls let me know if you have any clue why this might be happening. Below is a screenshot from my Dev sanbox (where I can accurately see the New Task button)

Today, 6:59 AM There are multiple reasons why the Activities button may not be showing, and one of the following recommendations might help you resolve the issue.
- Check the Record Page Assignment:
- Go to Setup → App Builder → Open the Lightning Record Page assigned to Accounts.
- Ensure that the correct record page with the Activities component is assigned as the Org Default.
- Verify Global Actions & Action Layouts:
- Go to Setup → Global Actions.
- Check if the New Task action is available and correctly configured.
- Also, check if the New Task action is included in the Account Page Layout under the Salesforce Mobile & Lightning Experience Actions section.
- Check Object-Level and Field-Level Security:
- Ensure that the user has Create and Read access to the Task object.
- Go to Setup → Profiles or Permission Sets, and verify that the required permissions are enabled.
- Verify Compact Layout and Quick Actions on Mobile & Lightning Experience:
- Go to Setup → Object Manager → Account → Page Layouts.
- Ensure that New Task is added to the Quick Actions section under Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions.
- Check Deployment Completeness:
- If using Change Sets, confirm that both the Page Layout and Lightning Record Page were deployed.
- Try manually adding the button in the target environment.
- Clear Cache & Refresh UI:
- Ask users to clear browser cache and refresh the Lightning UI (Ctrl + Shift + R).
- Log out and log back in to see if the button appears.
By following these steps, the New Task button should become visible under the Activities tab after deployment.
Thanks,
A. Gobinath
- Check the Record Page Assignment:
Hi,
New omni channel. Not sure what permissions to tweak in order to load Omni Channel Wallboard for particualr profile users. At the moment on loading it throws error saying "
We can’t load your metrics. Wait a few minutes, then
reload the wallboard"
#Omni Channel #Omni Supervisor Tab
Today, 6:58 AM Hey you can try these suggested steps to resolve your issue , hope it will works.
Here are a few things you can try:
- Check Permissions – Ensure that the affected users have the necessary permissions to access the Omni-Channel Wallboard. You may need to adjust their profile settings or assign the correct permission sets.
- Verify Queues and Skills – The Wallboard uses filtering logic based on queues and skills. If the users don’t have access to the correct queues or skills, the metrics may not load properly.
- Refresh and Wait – Sometimes, the error message suggests waiting a few minutes before reloading. If the issue persists, try clearing the browser cache or using an incognito window.
- Check for Known Issues – There have been reports of connection errors when using the Omni Widget and Omni Supervisor simultaneously. If this applies to your setup, consider adjusting how these tools are used together.
- Salesforce Documentation – You can find more details on how the Wallboard works and troubleshooting steps in the official Salesforce documentation here and here.
