How to request Salesforce.com to enable Territory management for my Org?

Anybody knows who I should contact to enable that feature for my account : thomas.lai@fil.com?

Many thanks.

I believe you can just log a case and Salesforce will escalate it to the appropriate team.

What we have done to get territories set-up in our organization is by doing the following steps:

1.Define the territory, by state, zipcode range etc.

2. Create a customer field field called Territory and populate that through Apex Data Loader with the territory name, based on what was defined in step 1

3. Update the owners of those territory with specific users.

From there you should be able to create views, reports, dashboards based on the alignment. Our territories expanded across different states so we took an output of our accounts and arranged it using Microsoft Mappoint. There might be similar tools on the AppExchange that might be of assistance.

Hi seahorce,

I thinks loging a case will make sense for EE or UE,  however I'm using DE.

Please advise how to do with DE?

I logged a case in my DE to get multi-currency turned on and it was taken care of.  This should be the same thing.
