copy data from one sand box to other sandbox

Hi,

 

any one knows how to copy data from one sandbox to other sandbox

 

I need to copy account,products, opportunity data to other sandbox.

 

please post me how to do that .

The only way that I have done this is to export the data you want from the source sandbox through the Apex Data Loader and then use that CSV to import into the destination sandbox by also using the Apex Data Loader.

I realise that this was a few months back and the requirement may have passed, but over at sfutils.com there's the beginnings of a small tool that may help you.  It only deals with simple data copying requirments at the moment but it might be worth a look.
