How do I add the Save & New button to my Customer Portal

Hello

 

I need help with adding the Save & New button to my Customer Portal.  On the edit page, the only buttons I have are Submit and Cancel.

Hi Stephen

 

Thank you for your responses.  I learnt a lot in seeking to resolve this issue.  As you suggested I locked at Profiles; I real all the documentation, then in desperation I finally called Salesforce Support and they said the [Save & New} button is not available in the Customer Portal.

 

Thank you for all your help with this issue.  

 

PS:  I revisited my Dev org, and the button is not there either.

For what object?   Cases?  This is probably related to the profile of the Customer Portal user.  Check and make sure they have permissions to create/edit the records you want.
