Is there any type of paid support for development?

I have asked three questions on these forums over the past few weeks and I have not received any responses. I feel like I am wasting my time here

 

Is there paid support for developers? I am willing to pay.

There is premier support which you can purchase, but to be honest I find the boards more effective.  I don't generally use the General Development board, but rather the Apex or Visualforce board depending on my question.

I have asked the same question on the .net and Apex forums and have not received an answer. I am trying to create a custom field via .net and Apex. The sample does not work.

 

How do I pay for premiere support? I cannot find this option.

I guess you are trying to add the custom field to the standard object.
