Emails going to

One of our email workflow rules was triggered but the email was never received.  We pulled an email log and noticed that in one day 6 emails from different email alerts went to  Has anyone have this issue?

The issue was fixed yesterday, and confirm that it is resolved. We are working through the details of the issue. As we identify the root cause analysis that will be made available via support.

We are also receiving this for the first time today. We just added an integration point with a third party tool (Rally Support Manager). Could that cause this issue?

I am getting a bounce when creating a new case. Instead of receiving the 'new case notification' email, I got:

I am unaware of any changes on our side. 


Same problem here.  We received a bounced email yesterday afternoon, too.




We received a bounced email this morning from an automated report that goes out daily at 5 AM. The message states that the email box is full:


Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.       Subject:    Report: All Regions Open Referral Report run at 3/3/2010 5:06 AM      Sent: 3/3/2010 5:06 AM The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: on 3/3/2010 5:06 AM            The message could not be delivered because the recipient's mailbox is full.

Has anyone contacted SalesForce yet? Any resolution?

Case was created on 2/25 and was escalated to tier 2 on 2/26.  Contacted Customer Support this morning and was told they will have tier 2 contact me with an update.  Will post any information I get from Salesforce.
Thanks for the quick response; I have also opened a Case, so hopefully we will see some better traction on this if they have multiple cases related to the same issue.
Did you guys get any information from SF on this issue? One of my users reported this problem today, but I haven't had a chance to contact SF.

What is the Validationqueue, what caused the issue, and what was the criteria for the emails to be sent to that mailbox?
