Salesforce.com integration with Moodle and / or Adobe Connect

Hello all

 

I would like to share information highlighting the integrations my company has created for organizations utilizing Salesforce.com.  While some of our integrations are available at no cost, others are available as paid services. 

 

Envisiontel provides training solutions and Learning Management Solutions designed for organizations training both internal employees and an external audience… partners or customers for example.  All of our solutions integrate with Salesforce.com.

 

Enlighten CRM integrates Moodle, the world’s most popular open source learning management system, with Salesforce.com. This approach to learning management provides a perfect platform for companies to build online training programs targeted to customers and partners. Our solution gives companies the power to manage student access to training programs right from within Salesforce. Training results are tracked in Salesforce and provide companies with valuable analytics to determine training effectiveness and actual ROI.  We have further integrated this solution with Adobe Connect.   Companies can now track meeting participation, viewed content and even grades from content residing in their Adobe Connect accounts all from within Moodle and Salesforce.com.

 

Connect-Your-Salesteam is a branded portal that will integrate Connect Events with Salesforce.com.  It will also allow companies to monetize events by putting a PayPal gateway in front of an event.  The portal will allow companies to create events using the events module just like they normally would.  Once an event is created, it will show up in our portal where admins will be able to control how they are displayed.  There will be a calendar view, a list of custom categories/sub-categories, a view of recently added events and a my events page.  Users who are logged in will be able to see all events they are enrolled in as well as cancel registrations if needed.  When a user enrolls in an event, they will either be added as a lead into Salesforce or if their contact record already exists, the event will be added to a custom related list showing all event history and whether they attended or not.  The portal will also support RSS feeds so people can subscribe to categories of events and we are including links to be able to promote events via facebook, twitter and LinkedIn. 

 

Train-Your-Salesteam will integrate Adobe training with Salesforce.com.  It is intended to be a way to deliver training to your sales reps.  Our system will create a custom block on the home page of Salesforce.com called "My Training".  Any courses created on the Connect server that a sales person is enrolled in will show up in this block.  They will just have to click the link to launch and the course will open via single sign on.  Once the course is completed, the results will be denoted in this block so that the rep knows what is complete/incomplete and what their corresponding grades are.
