Version 1.1 is out and it supports eclipse versions 3.5 onwards.

Apex Editor LS is an eclipse plugin, so it requires eclipse to run. As of version 1.1 you can also install it in the Force.com IDE standalone product.

After the update of Force.com IDE, the tool is missed. And, the link is not there, too. The plugin does no longer work ??

I use the plugin on a daily basis and it works. Use the Force.com IDE only if you absolutely have to. I strongly recommend the lates Eclipse (Java EE download) with force.com plugins and Apex Editor LS.

Thanks for update. The issue is because of the national-wide internet problem, and I got the plug-in finally.
