EMail to case
Hi,
I have a scenario like the system should create a case from email automatically, when it receives the email to support engineer email id from customer.
It seems system can create a case when it receives particular configured email id using email service.
is there anyway to do this?
You need to setup the on-demand email to case functionality that is available out of the box.
Use the support engineers email address to auto forward emails from the customers to salesforce generated email address.
This would then create the case for you.
