Opportunity related list

Can we add custom fields to competitors exists in the related list on opportunity?

I think you're asking if you can add custom fields to the Opportunity related list, and the answer is yes.  Go to the page layout in question (say the Account page layout), mouse over the Opportunity related list, and you'll see a little wrench icon at the top right of it.  Select that wrench icon and it will allow you to choose any fields, standard or custom, that you'd like in the Opportunity related list.

If you're asking about the Competitors related list on an Opportunity page, I'm sorry to say, it's not customizable like most other related lists.
