Email Alert

I need to set up a eamil based workflow ,based some conditions an email should go to account owner and his manager.

But in Recipient Type i am getting only account owner, how can i get Account Owner manager as option in Recipient Type.

You can hold the email of the manager in a different field of Email type and then can use it in Email Alert.
