Change set not uploading

Weird,  but I've had no problem deploying change sets for almost a year.  

 

I am assigned the system admin profile, with Create and Upload Change Sets, and Create and Deploy Change Sets checked.

 

But now when deploying a change set (a trigger with a test class) from the sandbox, the sandbox reports  

"Your change set was uploaded successfully." but I never see it in the production organization.

 

Help?

Every now and then I get that too - I've either had to wait 24 hours for whatever got "stuck" to get "unstuck" or I have to call Support to fix it for me.

You can create a case for this. Or else directly call to support team.

 

With in 1 hr or 2 hr you can see the change set in production. Some times it takes half day. But Don't know why it is happening with different times?

 

Can any one tell me the reason for quick uploading or late uploading?
