SMS Alerts

I would like to send and SMS Alerts to my users, like 'YOUR LAST DAY FOR YOUR PAYMENT IS on JULY 27TH 2012' like that, is it possible.? if yes, then please explain the details.

There is no native way to send SMS messages but there are several SMS apps in the AppExchange.  Some are free.

In my opinion the best service to implement the requested feature is Twilio.

You can think also about a phone call alarm :-)
