How to remove/Hide the Roles, Roles and subordinates in Sharing button Picklist

Hi,

 

When I am clicking on sharing button. In sharing page search lable picklist getting users, roles, roles and subordines, public group. In this one I have to romove/Hide the roles and subordinates in picklist.

Or

If I am selecting Roles or  Roles and Sub to get meggage like 'your are unable to share using Roles, Roles & Sub'

 

 Please Help me.

Hi Shravan,

What exactly are you trying to achieve? Are you trying to hide the two options which you have mentioned , I think the "Sahring Page" which you are talking about is a standard salesforce page and it is exposed for customization.

So the route which you migt takeis:-

  • Having a custom "Sharing Button"
  • Developing a custom VF page for sharing purpose with UI and options of your choice.

If you want to remove from default pick list, I think it is not possible.
