2- Salesforce has standar object like, Account, contact,Activities, opportunity, case, contract, lead, etc

force.com only has Account, contact and Activities. You must create the rest of entities.

The question of the day for sure.  Force unlimited is exactly the same as CRM Enterprise edition except it doesnt have  campaigns, solutions, cases, products, or opportunities or leads.  I have found ways to work around using these standard objects so I can take advantage of the Force Unlimited edition instead with pricing of $75 per user per month which includes premier support and mobile.  This package on CRM enterprise edition would cost $200 per month per user.

Kinda strange, no?

have you figured out a way to develop something similar to Opportunity Products on the force.com platform?
