Mass Email Only Primary Contacts

I want to send a mass email to all of my contacts in my accounts but I want to limit it to only the ones marked as primary in the contact role.  Is there any way to do this?

1. Create a report (Opportunities with Contact Roles)

2. Set a filter where Primary = True

3. Run your report and click Add to Campaign button

4. Do your mass email to this campaign

Unfortunately this kind of report cannot be added to a campaign!
