Help with creating a custom report

Is there a way to create  a custom report that lists all of the primary contacts in the account role along with opportunities?  I am having a hard trouble finding a way. 


What I need is to create a report that Lists the account, Contact Name, Account Role, Opportunities in account, and custom info from the opportunities.  



It would seem an Opportunities>Opportunities with Contact Roles Report would be the way to acheive this.
Will that pull from the Account - Contact Role or is there a way to make an Opp - contact role Roll up to the account Level?

Account Primary Contacts and Opportunity Primary Contacts are two seperate things in SFDC, in order to get all of them you'll need to run two reports, and merge them on Account ID.
Is there a way to merge the two in salesforce or do i need to do this in excel
