Where is Setup -> Deploy -> Outbound Change Sets option?

I would like to deploy from sandbox to production without force.com ide.

Where is outbound change set option currently?

Maybe it was moved elsewhere?

Please go to Setup and in 'Quick Find' box type outbound and you should be able to see the option.

I used quick find but it didn't appear.

 

In another org did the same and found no problems.
I think that is a licence type problem.

Is your profile the same as in other org?

may be your profile in this org doesn't have access to deploy.

 

Deploy is it's own section under Set Up. So you won't miss it.
