Email alert works for admin but doesn't works for Standard user cloned profile

Hi.
I have one email alert that works fine for me (administrator), but it doesn't works for other users.
I have created an email alert that triggers when one opportunity field is modified (opportunity status). I have tested with my user and it works fine for me, but it doesn't works for others profiles.

I have looked for any activation field in user settings page, with any result.

 

Any help?

Hello,

 

Please check debug logs (Setup| Administration setup| Monitoring|Debug logs). Here you will find if the email was sent or not.

 

If the email was sent and hasn't been received then check email logs. If the email sending was not successful you will error in the debug logs itself.

Have you added standard Users in Recipient List?

The recipient list is only the opportunity owner, and it is "Standard user cloned profile"
