Create a report on Opportunitity by summarizing on Account Name.
If an Account has Opportunities with Stage as "Closed Won" and Opportunity Amount greater than zero, then the account purchased products which is the logic.
This report will show you the list of Accounts which has purchased, and the Opportunities that it has purchased.

BTW, I need the count of account.
If I am not wrong this way I get the the total count of opportunity closed own.
