Hi, i have a formula field as " IMAGE( Recipient_Image_URL__c , 'Recipient Image') " which i am using to display the Image and " Recipient_Image_URL__c" field is contains user fullphotoURL
here i need to display the image in Email temple, it works fine for SFDC user but it will not display on out side SFDC user
how can i solve this issue

The image needs to be stored somewhere the email recipient can see it. Unless the email recipient is a SFDC user and is also logged into SFDC, he or she won't be able to see any image stored within SFDC.
Now, if Recipient_Image_URL__c points to a public location and the recipient still can't see it - well, I can't help you without seeing an example.
