fields that are changed when we add delivery content to an object

i want to asked about fields that are changed when we add delivery content to an object. what field that links between objects (for example : account/opportunity) with content delivery?

No field is changed.  There's a separate linking table that links the two together.  I'm not sure if that table is accessible via the API.

Hi, So we can't see the changes from API nor query? Is there any way to find those linking objects? And also I can't access the content delivery record from query nor API.. Is is the security of salesforce.com or I miss something?

Any suggestions would be great...

Oh, for more information I have found the key prefix for content delivery object: 05D, but I can't list he content delivery nor found in the query.. Any suggestions would be helpful..
