Web-to-Case help

Hi,

I would like to create Web-to-Case in my Salesforce.com instance, from the web page hosted under my company's website. Is it possible to add an attachment too?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Unfortunately it is not supported to add attachments using web to case.

Trust me, I have tried..

Thanks for the prompt response.

Do you know how can I enable Web-to-Case from the page hosted on my company's website and not on the Salesforce? This is very new to me.

You just integrate the Salesforce generated html with the code for your website.
