Try using ETL tools. Our customers use our open source ETL tool Apatar. It has connectors for AS400 and Salesforce. More information can be found at our websites

Thanks for your valuable information. I am new to this and still struglling to get the AS400 Connectivity from SFDC.

 

Do i need to install any additonal software/plug in?

 

I have followed this method

1) Got the free Access from Salesforce.com

2) Log in your SalesForce developer edition Choose “Setup” in the user menu

3) In the left menu, choose APP Setup -> Develop->Pages Click “New” button to create a new page

1) I entered the Label Name, Name and Description name

2) Be Default the below code is generated

<apex:page>   <!-- Begin Default Content REMOVE THIS -->   <h1>Congratulations</h1>   This is your new Page   <!-- End Default Content REMOVE THIS -->

</apex:page>

Where to insert my AS400 Login details.

My case the AS400 IP is : PUB1.RZKH.DE

USER ID is           : ELAYAPS

 

Can you please suggest me how to create the connection/access AS400 Server from SFDC.

Yes, this is based on Convertigop EMS Product. You need Convertigo to get this working. The link just points to a demo using Convertigo.
