How do you create custom object that is the same as Opportunity Stage Probability

I created a new object called End User Opportunities.  In it, I created most of the same attributes as in Opportunities.  How do I create the Stage - Probability relationship so that it automatically fills in the appropriate Probability when the Stage is selected?

You will have to create dependent picklist as well as write one workflow field update that will handle the probability.

Eh, I like the idea about using a Formula Field better.  The formula could just change the value based on the object selected.  Not that hard.
