Can we have a address datatype for a custom field in contact object

Hi,

 

Is it possible to have a address datatye in a custom field in contact object?

There is no standard datatype for address, you can use TextArea datatype and add some validations to it.

Thanks... i thought so too... But on seeing the adress datatype for standard field address, i just thought maybe an outside chance we could do it for a custom field in contact object :)
