Approval Process

Hi 

 

I would like to add Step 2 to my Approval process. I dont see an Add new step on my Approval Page.

Any solution please

Maybe you already activated this approval process.

It is not possible to add a new step after changing the status to active, even if it is changed back to inactive.

 

Workaround:

Clone the process, add new step and turn it active.
