Need help on Reporting

I am trying to build a report as shown in the snapshot below. 

 

You can see that following filter is applied. I want to set the username  of the user who is running the report here.

 

How can it be achieved  ? 

SUP User Name equals ABCD
   3. ADDL Reporting Level1 equals ABCD
   4. ADDL Reporting Level2 equals ABCD
   5. ADDL Reporting Level3 equals ABCD
