Error when synchronizing Salesforce with Lotus Notes

Hi

I'm not being able to sync my Lotus Notes with Salesforce using the connector.

 

When I configure it and test the conection, it is ok.

 But when I click on "sync" , I get an error:

 

"There have been some errors" Check them"  (or something like that, I get the errors in spanish).

But there are no errors in the window.

I have checked log files and they are empty.

 

Any suggestion?

Hi davidesi,

The screenshot on 5th page of your word document seems like its warning a duplicate Sync Folder. Try uninstalling the Connect for Lotus Notes App, Delete the SM folder in the path below,
Run | %AppData% | Roaming | Salesforce.com – SM (C:\Users\USERNAME \AppData\Roaming\salesforce.com)
Now Re Install the Connect for Lotus Notes App and while Installing check for the Language Settings.

Please Note: the SM Folder contains the Sync data and deleting the folder will delete the Existing Sync Records and Information.
