The easiest is to export the data in CSV from Oracle and then using the Salesforce Data loader to upload the data. I use Talend quite a bit for data integrations and transformations (http://www.talend.com/products/talend-open-studio).

Data is huge also data has to be pumped everytime. As Oracle data is real time which has to be scheduled.

Salesforce.com published a white paper titled "Integrating Salesforce Applications and Oracle e-Business Suite".  That may be helpful to your inquiry.  Below is a partial summary that was applicable to my company.  In some cases, all we needed was to have "visibility" to the Oracle data inside Salesforce.com, instead of needing Salesforce.com to operate on the Oracle data itself.

Integration Product vs Integration Service

An organization may integrate different software systems and databases by either adopting an integration product (software) or integration as a service.  This summary focuses on “productized” integration solutions.

2 Ways to Integrate Oracle and SalesForce.com

Most Oracle customers that have a need to integrate with SalesForce.com use one of two solutions.  The first method is to use integration middleware, which is an existing software program for sending and receiving data between different applications.  These are pre-built programs offered by an outside company (IBM, Informatica, Oracle, etc) that the client either already uses or purchases for the purpose of integration.

The second method is to build your own custom integration in-house.

Traditional Integration Architecture – Depth Level

Data-layer integration generally refers to moving data back and forth between the underlying databases, either in real time or as a nightly batch.  To synchronize real time, two-way data flow between SalesForce.com and your other database requires coding your own outbound/inbound callouts and listeners on each end.  Basically, you are using two matching databases, instead of one.

Application-layer integration connects the Oracle applications to the SalesForce.com software, using integration middleware.  In other words, this is a computer program that translates command functions back and forth between the two environments.

Presentation-layer integration (or composite integration) is becoming more prevalent due to its ease and speed of deployment.  Presentation-layer integration does not synchronize the data between Oracle and SalesForce.com.  Instead, it displays live data from one application (Oracle) inside the interface of another (SalesForce).  Displaying data is easier than moving large amounts of data between applications, and this technique is particularly useful if you want to provide access to data that is either too large or too sensitive to store in the Force.com database.

Also, you can make an export of Oracle data to Salesforce with help of Skyvia (https://skyvia.com/data-integration/integrate-salesforce-oracle). It is the cloud data integration solution which allows you to import your SF data to Oracle without a line of code.
