Custom App Limit exceed error in Professional edition

Hi,

I am unable to create  New App in my professional Org even there is only one custom app is available.Limit on PE org for number of Custom App is 5.

Please help me on this...

Did you installed any managed packages?

You can check the app created and installed by : Setup > App Setup > Create > Apps

Hi,

I tried to install beta-managed package on PE org,but it gives me an error that "Custom App Limit exceed". So  I canceled that installation and tried to create new custom app in org using salesforce UI (Setup->create->App->New) but same error was occurred.
